I started going to Glo about 8 months ago. I bought a Groupon for a Brazillian wax just to try a new salon and loved it so much that I switched from my prior salon to Glo. I highly recommend Rachel for all your waxing needs! She is professional, personable, and proficient at her job. Getting waxed isn’t very pleasant but time speeds by when I’m chatting with Rachel. She convinced me to try the sugar wax on my last visit and I loved it- I appreciate that she’s knowledgeable about the latest treatments but isn’t pushy. The salon is clean and well maintained, there is always good music playing, and all of the staff is friendly. Looking forward to my next visit!

Nice atmosphere! Also one-one attention I liked that workers payed attention to you and worked on you. It was nice to not have the line of workers speaking to each other in viatbamese in front of you and you have to figure out whether they are talking about you or not? Also nice English speaking! They were proud of their place and showed you around ! It’s fairly close to where I live . I would return to this vendor.

This salon is the reason why I want to become an esthetician. Beautiful space, friendly staff (cool, real, down to earth chicks that know their s***), cool concept. When I lived in Baton Rouge, I got a facial, several eyebrow waxes, and a airbrush spray tan here. All were performed with care, knowledge, and proficiency. The products I’ve bought here, although expensive, haven’t let me down. The combination of their Clear Cell benzoyl peroxide cleanser, drinking lots of water, and regular use of biotin, improved my skin for the first time in seven years! Thank you, ladies, for helping to look and feel beautiful. You’re the best! I can’t wait for you to open up in Lafayette: I miss y’all already.

First time wax ever, I got the full Brazilian “sugaring” …I was terrified…but it was not bad at all, I’d be lying if I said it was painless-however it was very tolerable, the “middle” is what hurt the worst but it was such a quick process, I was able to sit through it. And apparently it gets easier with each time. The lady, Heidy, is really nice and fast, I was in and out in 10 minutes. I cannot shave because my skin is waaay too sensitive, I get the most horrific razor bumps and ingrowns. So I think this is a lovely alternative! Your skin will be slightly irritated for the rest of the day. She said you can do it every 4-5 weeks.

The staff was very friendly and warm. I would recommend Jarrett to anyone. She was very informative as well as warm bed side manners. The atmosphere was very clean and peaceful. I will be back very soon

First time visiting this salon. They were able to get me in the same day. I came in for a lash lift which I was super excited about. I wish I knew the girl’s name who did my lashes because she was awesome and very nice. She’s the one expecting her first baby girl in a few months . Congratulations by the way! The salon is super chic, earthy and organic is how I can describe it. I like it. They do offer other services like hair, makeup, lash extensions according to their Facebook page. Anywho, my lash lift turned out AMAZING! I love it!!! I know other salons probably offer this service. Because they caught my attention through Groupon, I will be coming to them for this service.
